With age, the skin suffers natural wear-and-tear, just like the rest of our bodies. But much of what we think of as natural aging is in fact due to sun exposure and other factors. That means it can be avoided -- and it's never too late to start.

  • Always use sun block before going out side because UV rays of sun accelerates the signs of aging.
  • Always moisturize your skin with natural moisturizers because it reduce appearance of fine lines on skin.
  • Stop using those products which irritates your skin.
  • Always consult a dermatologist before using beauty products.
  • Eat more fruits and vegetables because these are good source of  vitamin and minerals which are good for our skin.
