Having abnormal amount fats on your back shows that your life style is not healthy. It is among the first signs of obesity. Abnormal amount of fats on back also spoils our look from back and people start counting us among fatty people. Abnormal amount of fats on back also cause many other medical problems. I have got two proven exercises which will help you in getting rid of extra fat on back.
Arm slide
Lie flat on your belly and stretch your arms forward ash shown in above picture.Stay in this position for 1 minutes and then come back to normal position.Do 12 reps.

Bent Over fly
This exercise is good for arms and back.Hold 2 pound weight in your hands and lean forward ,your knees soft and arms straight.Raise your both hands out to the sides, squeezing shoulder blades at top of motion and then again come back to starting position.Do 10 reps.
