How To Avoid Kidney Stones

Kidney stones are small, hard mineral deposits in kidney,renal tube and bladder.These stones are made up of minerals and acidic salt. Kidney stone cause pain in kidney and difficulty in urination.
How to prevent kidney stone:
If you want to avoid kidney stones you should bring about some change in your lifestyle.
Drink plenty of water:
Drink plenty of water daily. You must drink 10 TO 15 glass of water.It will keep you hydrated and will balance the water, which is loosed during urination and sweating.
 Eat fewer oxalate rich food:
Calcium and oxalate type stones are common in people, that's why you should consume less amount of oxalate rich foods. Following are oxalate rich foods,beets, okra and spinach.
Choose diet low in salt content:
 Reduce the amount of salt in your diet.Choose substitute of salt.
Protein content:
Your diet should contain low animal protein. Instead take plant protein.
Calcium Intake :
Continue using calcium rich foods because calcium is very important to health of bones and muscles.
Stop taking calcium supplements.
Always take advice from your doctor about your diet plan.
