How To Sweat Less

Although normal amount of sweating is good for health because your body lose excess of heat through sweating . If you found your self sweating constantly then you may be suffering from a medical condition known as hyperthyroidism. In this article I will tell you 3 easy ways to sweat less.
 Antiperspirant  deodorant
Ordinary deodorant is good for killing odor and it has no action on body moisture. Use antiperspirant deodorant because its works both on  odor and moisture. For best result apply antiperspirant before going to bed and in the morning.

Chose clothing wisely
Wear light weight fabric clothes like cotton clothes in which your body can breath easily. Wear light color clothes in summer because they reflect light and heat. Avoid dark color clothes
Layer up clothes
Layering up clothes in any season is can save us from bad look from sweating. The inner layer of clothing soaks all the sweat before it reach upper layer of clothes. In this way your clothes remain dry.
